Diversified healthcare leader. Sanofi (SNY) Tuesday announced that the activities in its R&D sites over the next three years till 2015 aimed at strengthening the scientific, academic and private network might result in reduction of approximately 900 jobs in France by the year 2015.

The company stated that the trimming of workforce in France by the year 2015 might include early retirements, mobility proposals and repositioning in France.

The company further added that it does not foresee any relocation of sites or any change to the number of industrial sites in France.
