The U.S. dollar crept higher against the Japanese yen in the New York morning session on Friday.
The greenback is now trading at a 2-day high of 77.79 against the yen, compared to a new 2-week low of 77.45 hit around 1:35 am ET. The next upside target level for the greenback-yen pair is seen at 78.00.
