Homebuilder, M/I Homes, Inc. (MHO) , on Thursday reported third quarter net income of $8.32 million or $0.42 per share, compared to a loss of $4.72 million or a loss of $0.25 per share last year.
Revenues for the quarter were $208.9 million, compared to $141.6 million a year ago.
Two analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $0.25 per share and expected revenues of $206.1 million for the third quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Street currently estimates earnings of $0.34 per share on revenues of $244.6 million for the fourth quarter.
Shares of M/I Homes are currently trading at $23.68, up 45 cents or 1.94%, on the NYSE.
