ENI SpA (E) said net profit attributable to its shareholders for the third quarter rose to 2.48 billion euros from 1.77 billion euros in the prior year.
Net profit attributable to Eni's shareholders from continuing operations climbed to 2.46 billion euros from 1.78 billion euros in the previous year. Adjusted net profit from continuing operations for the third quarter of 2012 was 1.78 billion euros.
Total revenues for the three-month period climbed to 31.72 billion euros from 25.57 billion euros in the year-ago quarter.
