Canon has confirmed several new additions to their PIXMA and CanoScan lines of printers and scanners. The new products include the PIXMA MG6320 and MG5420 Wireless Photo All-In-One (AIO) and PIXMA iP7220 Wireless Photo printers as well as the CanoScan 9000F Mark II photo scanner.
The new printers boast updated features including a sleeker new design requiring less desk space for easier storage. The new CanoScan 900F Mark II also received a face lift, now offering slide and negative scanning.
Yuichi Ishizuka, executive vice president and general manager, Imaging Technologies and Communications Group, Canon U.S.A, says users can expect Canon's high quality standards in the new features:
"Many consumers today need a printer that is easily accessible, reliable and can produce high-quality prints for any project. The improvements to the PIXMA printers and CanoScan Scanner will give end-users the equipment needed to help them produce the quality prints they are accustomed to."
The PIXMA MG6320 printer will come in at $199 with the MG5420 model slated at $149. The PIXMA iP7220 Photo Printer will come in at $100. The new CanoScan model is estimated at a $199 price point.
