Haynes Publishing Group Plc (HYNS.L) Tuesday said group revenues from second-quarter trading dropped 2 percent from the prior-year period, hurt mainly by weak demands in the U.K. and European market.
Trading in US & Australia generated a revenue growth of 7 percent ahead of last year, while sales in UK & Europe declined 9 percent year-over-year.
Second-quarter trading however showed improvement over the previous quarter. First-quarter trading was hurt by weak demand in both its US and UK markets.
Looking ahead, the Group expects a challenging year, in light of recent trading patterns.
