Roma Financial Corp. (ROMA) announced Thursday morning that it agreed to be acquired by Investors Bancorp Inc. (ISBC) for $15.00 per share.
Roma Financial gapped open dramatically higher Thursday and climbed in early trade, before settling into a narrow range. Shares finished up by 5.89 at $15.15 on the highest volume of the year. The stock surged to a new high for the year.
