R. R. Donnelley & Sons Names Daniel Knotts Chief Operating Officer

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) announced that Daniel Knotts is being named Chief Operating Officer, succeeding John Paloian. Knotts joined RR Donnelley in 1986 and has served in a variety of accounting, operations, sales leadership and general management roles with progressively more responsibility, including as CEO of RR Donnelley's global Financial Services offering.

Knotts has most recently been the company's Group President, with responsibility for global sales, operations, information technology, logistics, financial services, business process outsourcing operations, strategic sourcing and Environmental, Health and Safety.

BJ's Wholesale Club Holdings Inc., which is planning a return to the public market, has set terms for its planned initial public offering or IPO. In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the warehouse club operator said Monday that it plans to offer 37.5 million shares priced between $15 and $17 per share. At the top end of the range, the offering would raise $637.5 million. Trump said in a statement the U.S. will implement a 25 percent tariff on $50 billion of goods from China that contain "industrially significant technologies."
