A man who was arrested at the Nashville home of crossover superstar Taylor Swift will not face criminal prosecution, according to TMZ, who reports prosecutors have dropped all proceedings.

The 24-year-old Wisconsin resident Jacob Kulke, who was potentially facing charges of trespassing, was arrested at the singer's house on December 14. He reportedly jumped over her fence before being detained by security, then claimed that he was dating Swift and that he was in town to help celebrate her birthday. He was arrested and held on a $10,000 bond.

Despite the fact that Kulke was previously convicted of battery, disorderly conduct and drug possession in 2010, resulting in 13 months of probation, prosecutors decided the trespassing case at Swift's abode was not worth pursuing.
