KBR Inc. (KBR) announced after the close Thursday that it now expects to report full year 2012 adjusted EPS of $1.95 to $2.10, down from prior expectations of $2.60 to $2.80. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $2.66. Full year 2013 EPS is expected to be between $2.45 and $2.90, compared to the consensus estimate of $2.96.
KBR gapped open sharply lower Friday and fell during the first 45 minutes of trade, before settling into a range. The stock finished down by 2.52 at $29.48 on the highest volume of the year. KBR sank to a week and a half low.
