Mike Nesmith is following up last year's Monkees tour with a spring trek, beginning in March. The pop legend hit his Facebook page to make the news official:
"This is the tour to break in the show. See if you like it, earn the promoters confidence, and see if anybody comes. If it goes well we will keep going later in the summer/fall and hit the states we missed on this half-lap of the U.S."
The tour begins on March 21 in Nashville, Tennessee and runs through April 17 in Alexandria, Virginia. Nesmith will hit some big cities (Los Angeles, Chicago, New York) as well as some off-the-map locales (Munhall, Pennsylvania; Rahway, New Jersey; Northampton, Massachusetts).
