Commercial National Financial Corp. (CNAF), the parent company of Commercial Bank & Trusts of PA, Monday reported a decline in fourth-quarter profit to $1.17 million or $0.41 per share, from $1.98 million or $0.70 per share it reported in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, for the full year, net income rose to $7.26 million or $2.54 per share, from $6.71 million or $2.35 per share in the year-ago period.
Net interest income for the latest fourth quarter fell to $3.23 million from $4.39 million a year ago, while total other operating income remained the same at $690 thousand for both the comparable quarters.
