Styx, REO Speedwagon and Ted Nugent are teaming up for a North American trek, which they have dubbed The Midwest Rock 'n' Roll Express. The jaunt begins April 18 in Grand Forks, North Dakota and continues through May 19 in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania.
