Pre-market Movers For Feb 15 (HLF, DOW, KRFT, CPB, IPGP)

Gainers:

Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) is jumping 18 percent to $45.29 based on the news that billionaire investor Carl Icahn holds 12.98 percent stake in the company. Icahn also intends to have discussions with the company's management regarding the business and strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value, such as a recapitalization or a going-private transaction.

Dow Chemical Co (DOW) is rising more than 1 percent to $32.94 following its announcement about its plan to buyback up to$1.5 billion of its common stock.

Kraft Foods Group, Inc. (KRFT) is up 0.25 percent to $47.28. The company forecast fourth quarter net revenue to be 10.7 percent lower than previous year period and organic net revenue to have dropped 7.2 percent versus the prior year. The company raised its 2013 earnings per share guidance.

Decliners:

Campbell Soup Co. (CPB) is down 1 percent to $38.30. The company's second quarter earnings declined from the year-ago quarter. Sales for the quarter rose 10 percent. The company also confirmed its fiscal 2013 guidance.

IPG Photonics Corp. (IPGP) is down 9 percent to $63.00. The company's fourth quarter earnings and revenue were below Wall Street view. The company guided its first quarter results in-line with analysts' estimate.
