Ecopetrol S.A. (EC, ECP.TO) reported fourth-quarter unconsolidated net income of $3.71 trillion Colombian pesos or $90.15 per share Colombian pesos, compared to $4.43 trillion Colombian pesos or $107.81 Colombian pesos per share last year.
Unconsolidated total sales for the quarter declined to $15.5 trillion Colombian pesos from $16.05 trillion Colombian pesos in the comparable quarter last year.
On a consolidated basis, net income for the quarter was $3.62 trillion Colombian pesos, compared to $4.44 trillion Colombian pesos last year. Consolidated total sales for the quarter was $17.76 trillion Colombian pesos, down from $18.92 trillion Colombian pesos in the prior year quarter.
