Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. (HR) Wednesday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations of $25.07 million or $0.29 per share, down from to $25.33 million or $0.33 per share in the year-ago quarter.
On average, 14 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected FFO of $0.32 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
However, the company posted a net loss attributable to shareholders of $6.3 million or $0.07 per share for the latest quarter, compared with earnings of $2.9 million or $0.04 per share in the same quarter last year.
Meanwhile, revenues for the quarter grew to $81.26 million from $75.29 million in the prior year, while eight analysts estimated revenues of $79.49 million for the quarter.
