Facor Alloys Ltd. said the company through its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary Facor Minerals (Netherlands) B.V. had acquired a 51 percent stake in a Netherlands-based Dillenburg Bergen NH Realty B.V. for a consideration of $10 million.
Dillenburg Bergen NH Realty has a wholly-owned subsidiary by name Cati Madencilik Ithalat ve lhracat A.S. in Turkey, which is having a Chrome Ore Mining area of 572 ha and exploration licence for an area of 26 ha in Kayseri, Turkey.
At the BSE, Facor Alloys shares are currently trading at Re.1.68, up 4.35 percent from the previous close.
