Alpha Pyrenees Trust Limited (ALPH.L) reported its results for the year from 1 January to 31 December 2012. Profit before taxation for the year rose to 7.31 million pounds from 6.28 million pounds in the prior year.

Profit for the year declined to 2.60 million pounds from 6.28 million pounds in the prior year, with Earnings per share decreasing to 2.2 pence from 5.3 pence last year. Adjusted earnings per share was 1.9 pence down from 3.0 pence in the prior year.

Annual revenue declined to 22.91 million pounds from 25.60 million pounds last year.

The Trust has paid dividends totalling 1.8 pence per share for the year to 31 December 2012. The Trust said it does not intend to pay further dividends prior to the currency hedges' settlement date in October this year.
