Francesca's Holdings Corp. (FRAN), on Tuesday announced a secondary offering of 7.39 million common shares of by its stockholders, including certain members of management of CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC.
The Company in a statement revealed that it shall not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares through this particular offering.
Also, CCMP Capital Advisors, will not own any shares of the Company's common stock once the offering is completed, said Francesca.
For the offering, Jefferies LLC is acting as the sole underwriter.
