Continental Resources, Inc. (CLR) Tuesday priced a private placement of $1.5 billion of new 4.5% senior unsecured notes due 2023. All notes were sold at par.
Net proceeds from the offering will be available to repay its borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close on April 5, subject to customary closing conditions.
