Water utility Severn Trent Plc (SVT.L) announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Tony Wray, is planning to retire from the company in Spring 2014. Tony would have been with the company for 9 years, 7 of which as Chief Executive.
The board would conduct a search for his successor, and would initiate a process to identify both internal and external candidates for succession to the CEO role.
