MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (PCS) announced that it has rescheduled its special meeting of stockholders to vote on matters relating to the proposed combination with T-Mobile USA, Inc. to April 24, 2013
MetroPCS attributed the decision to postpone the meeting to allow its stockholders additional time to consider a proposal from Deutsche Telekom (DTEGY.PK) to revise the business combination agreement.
According to media reports, the revised terms include Deutsche Telekom to lower the amount of debt it's imposing on the combined company by $3.8 billion.
