Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (HTA) Tuesday reported first-quarter funds from operations of $29.9 million or $0.14 per share, up from $27 million or $0.12 per share in the comparable period last year.
Normalized FFO for the quarter was $34.2 million or $0.16 per share. On average seven analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected FFO of $0.15 per share for the quarter.
Net income for the quarter was $1.35 million, compared to a loss of $315 thousand last year. On a pr-share basis, earnings were $0.01 per share, compared to breakeven last year.
Revenues totaled $76.43 million, up from $70.68 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $75.11 million.
