Mariah Carey has released a behind-the-scenes look into her latest music video, "#Beautiful." In the clip, she explains that the red Porsche Speedster used in the vid has sentimental value: it was a restoration project her dad long wanted to complete.
The hit has been getting air play, writes That Grape Juice, "thanks to a costly yet effective Clear Channel deal which saw the Miguel assisted cut play every hour on the hour on five radio formats upon its debut."
Carey is expected to play the new hit on American Idol this week. She will also likely play it on her upcoming Good Morning America set on May 24.
Carey's follow-up to 2009's Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is set to drop later this summer and features production from Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, Big Jim Wright, Hit-Boy, The-Dream, Mike WiLL Made It and Rodney Jerkins.
