Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio have been targeted by the producers of The X Factor to join Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato for season three of the program on FOX.
The network is currently looking for replacements for L.A. Reid and Britney Spears. Other names mentioned in negotiations are Jenifer Love Hewitt and Hilary Duff.
However, a source, speaking with RadarOnline, says that Rowland and Rubio are at the top of the producers' wish list:
"The producers and FOX have decided on their dream panel and they're in the very final stages of negotiations as the auditions start in just a few weeks."
Another source added that Cowell believes a female-centric panel is "the right way to go."
Rowland worked with Cowell on the U.K. version of The X Factor in 2011.
