Both Neil Young and the Black Crowes has reportedly signed on to appear at the upcoming inaugural Interlocken Music Festival. The event is set to take place between September 5 and 8 at Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, Virginia.
In its first year, the fest has pulled an impressive lineup, also featuring slots by Zac Brown, String Cheese Incident, and Furthur. The new festival will feature bands playing full two-hour sets with music going continuously on two separate stages.
The fest was spearheaded by H.O.R.D.E. fest founder Dave Frey along with Relix Magazine found Peter Shapiro.
In an official press release, they claim that "[m]any of the artists will be performing at Interlocken over multiple days, and will be featured in unique and exciting artist pairings."
