Katy Perry has spent $11.2 million on three adjacent Los Angeles properties that include two large mansions, according RadarOnline, who have photos and details.
According to The Huffington Post, the properties were not listed for sale at the time. They cover in excess of four acres. One of the homes, built in 1953, features five bedrooms and three bathrooms and includes a swimming pool and lots of entertainment space.
The second home was formerly owned by Jake Gyllenhaal's parents as well as Bruce Springsteen's drummer Max Weinberg.
Another of the homes was purchased under a trust last month by her manager Bernie Gudvi, acting as the trustee. Oil heiress Aileen Getty was the seller.
Perry recently listed a mansion she purchased with ex-husband Russell Brand on the market for $6.925 million.
