Kelly Rowland has postponed part of her scheduled tour with The-Dream in order to serve as a judge on X-Factor. Five concerts will proceed as planned, but concerts in Kansas City, Boston, Jackson, Baton Rouge, Cleveland, and Cincinnati have all been postponed.
"Although the tour had to be rescheduled because of X Factor, I'm looking forward to bringing you guys a bigger and better show," Rowland said in a statement to her fans.
Rowland's tourmate also expressed disappointment but wished the "Kisses Down Low" singer luck on her new gig.
"I want to wish my friend Kelly congratulations on her new gig at X Factor," The-Dream said in a statement.
"Unfortunately, we have to change some tour dates which has been extremely hard for me and for Kelly. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at a later date."
Rowland's new album, Talk a Good Game, is still coming out as scheduled on June 18.
