Tim McGraw thrilled a cancer-stricken fan by leaning down and giving her on kiss on the head during his concert in Burgettstown, Penn. last week. The photo of McGraw and Shirlene Borsos, who was diagnosed with breast cancer seven months ago, has since become a viral internet sensation.

During the concert, as McGraw was singing "Live Like You Were Dying," Borsos "pulled off her ball cap and when the singer spotted her, he blew her a kiss and waved her forward to the edge of the stage, where he bent down and planted a kiss on her head."

Borsos' friend Nicole Gailey snapped the photo of the tender moment with her camera phone, and after it was posted online it went viral.

"I really can't believe any of it," Borsos told a New York radio station. "All I did was show up for a concert." She says that receiving the kiss made her feel "amazing, strong, empowered," adding, "I love the fact this picture is getting all this attention. I want to use it as a platform to get the word out about awareness and early detection. It's just a horrible disease."
