Bharti Airtel Ltd. said it had submitted its final bid for a telecom licence in Myanmar, reports said, quoting a company spokesman.
Myanmar, one of the world's last major untapped mobile markets, has invited bids for two mobile licences. It already short-listed 12 international consortia, which includes Vodafone and China Mobile.
However, last week Vodafone and China Mobile withdrew as the the conditions set by the country did not suit the two operators.
