A nude Florida man was arrested after spitting on an officer who asked him to put clothes on, the Orlando Sentinel reports.
The incident began when he showed up to the wrong house to propose to his girlfriend, media sources report. When he arrived to the home he claims his girlfriend told him to go to, he started taking off his clothes.
According to the man, his girlfriend wanted him to strip. The stunned homeowners, said they didn't know Thomas Edwards or the girl he was dating. When Edwards was asked to put his boxers on, he spit in the officer's face, Orlando Sentinel reports.
Authorities shocked him with a stungun subsequently arresting him. He was placed behind bars on $5,500 bail and faces charges of burglary of a dwelling, battery on a law enforcement officer and indecent exposure.
