Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. (MDF.TO) reported net income for the fourth quarter of C$3.4 million or C$0.22 per share, compared to C$2.6 million or C$0.19 per share for the year-ago quarter.
Revenues for the fourth quarter rose to C$15.15 million from C$14.86 million a year ago.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn C$0.24 per share on revenue of C$15.50 million for the fourth quarter.
The Board of Directors of Mediagrif has approved and declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.10 per share, payable on July 15 to shareholders of record on July 2.
