A man in Brooklyn, New York pulled a knife on a supermarket security guard who tried to stop him from stealing a large amount of toilet paper.
The New York Post reports that the suspect was taking eight packages of 12-count Scott toilet tissue from the Fairway Market on June 30 in the Red Hook section of the city.
When the suspect tried to leave the store with the 96 rolls of toilet paper, a security guard approached him in an effort to stop him.
A fight ensued and the suspect pulled a knife on the security guard.
The theft of the toilet paper totals about $56, DNA info is reporting.
The suspect was able to flee on foot.
Police are looking for a male about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 165 pounds wearing a green T-shirt and white sneakers.
