Macedonia's industrial producer prices in June decreased from a year ago, data released by the State Statistical Office showed on Thursday.
Producer prices declined 1.3 percent annually in June. Prices in mining & quarrying increased 2.4 percent annually in June. Utility producer prices registered a steep rise of 14.8 percent, while manufacturing prices posted a decline of 2.7 percent.
Among industrial groups, energy sector recorded a 1.9 percent annual increase in producer prices in June. Prices of intermediate goods dropped 3.9 percent and those of capital goods plunged 11.0 percent.
On a monthly basis, prices rose 1.5 percent in June.
