Reversing direction, the New Zealand dollar climbed against other major currencies in European deals on Friday.
The kiwi is now trading at 0.8144 against the greenback, 81.17 against the yen, 1.6323 against the euro and 1.1359 against the aussie, compared to early lows of 0.8095, 80.77, 1.6390 and 1.1406, respectively.
If the kiwi rises further, it may face resistance around 0.825 against the greenback, 82.5 against the yen, 1.62 against the euro and 1.128 against the aussie.
