The Doors and Bob Dylan are leading the pack of specialty releases for Black Friday.
The Doors are releasing a vinyl LP called The Doors - Curated by Record Store Day. The limited-edition run of 7,500 copies features one of two specially-commissioned handwritten tracklists by either John Densmore or Robby Krieger.
The album also includes rare original mono versions of four currently unknown tracks on one side and four live performances on the other side.
Dylan is also putting out a special vinyl release - in his case a triple-vinyl version of the collection Side Tracks. The comp includes non-album singles and compilation cuts. The album will also be available as a CD, but only as part of the larger Complete Album Collection Vol. 1 CD box set.
Cheap Trick, Paul Simon, and the Grateful Dead will also be dropping special releases on Black Friday, which falls on November 29.
