The U.S. dollar continued its descending trend against the Swiss franc and the euro in late Asian trading on Thursday.
The greenback fell to 0.8983 against the franc, a level unseen since October 30.
The greenback declined to a 5-week low of 1.3638 against the euro from Wednesday's close of 1.3592.
Further bearish activity may lead the greenback to face support at 0.89 versus the franc and 1.375 against the euro.
