Megadeth was joined by an unlikely collaborator, indie rocker Jenny Lewis, for a cover of the holiday classic "Baby, It's Cold Outside" on a recent edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The cover was part of a comedy sketch in which the band was promoting a fake album, Thrashing Through The Snow: A Very Megadeth Christmas.
Though the album is nothing more than a joke, the collaboration is currently streaming across the web.
It comes at a busy time for Megadeth, who released their 13th studio LP, Super Collider, in June.
And, in the fall, Dave Mustaine and company released a new home video and live album, Countdown to Extinction: Live, which was recorded and filmed at Los Angeles' Fox Theatre last December.
