KISS To Reunite At Rock Hall Of Fame Event

Despite years of friction between current KISS members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, and former members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss, Simmons says that the pair is invited to perform with the band at its upcoming Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.

"Sure, why not?" Simmons responded to the proposition from Rolling Stone magazine.

"They were equally important in the formation of the band. When you have kids with your first wife, you give kudos. The fact you got remarried doesn't delete or minimize the important."

Frehley added that the performance will be "intense," noting that he's also willing to put the past behind him:

"I don't foresee any negative vibes. We're the four guys that started the group and brought it into international success. We achieved what most people only dream about. I'll never forget it, and that's something nobody can take away from me."

Footage of the HOF ceremony airs on HBO in May.
