Beatles Single Signed By All Four Members Sells For $13,000 On EBay

A copy of the Beatles' first single, "Love Me Do," signed by all four members of the band sold for $13,350 on eBay. The B-side of the seven inch features "P.S. I Love You."

The seller, who notched 35 bids on the record, gave details of its provenance:

"This record was signed on October 6, 1962 at dawson's music shop in Widnes, England one day after the 45 was issued!"

The Fab Four are slated to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the upcoming Grammy Awards. They are part of a group of recipients including Kris Kristofferson, Kraftwerk, Clifton Chenier, Armando Manzanero and violinist Maud Powell.

The 56th annual Grammy Awards air Sunday, January 26, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. CBS will broadcast the event.
