Alice Cooper has signed on to appear on a handful of dates on Motely Crue's forthcoming farewell tour. The shock rock legend will appear as a special guest on the trek.
News of his appearance came via metal commentator Eddie Trunk this week.
Trunk broke news of Cooper's addition to the tour via Twitter, sharing a picture of a poster that includes Cooper's name on the list of special guests. The tweet was later deleted.
The RIP tour will mark Crue's retirement from touring. In addition to the list of special guests joining the tour, the post also includes the tour's slogan "RIP: All Bad Things Must Come to An End."
The band will hold a special event on January 28 during which they are expected to announce further details of their farewell tour.
