The pound fell against other major currencies ahead of European deals on Tuesday.
The pound fell to 0.8333 against the euro, its lowest level since February 6, and a 4-day low of 1.4680 against the franc.
The pound eased to 1.6391 against the greenback from early multi-day high of 1.6433.
The pound fell back against the yen, trading at 167.57, from an early high of 168.16.
The next likely support for the pound is seen around 1.63 against the greenback, 166.00 against the yen, 0.84 against the euro and 1.46 against the franc.
