The video starts with an announcement from Larry King telling viewers that there's been an "unidentified flying object seen transcending over Europe." The UFO then beams up Cyrus, who plays guitar as they dance.
Billy may be following in the footsteps of his daughter Miley Cyrus, who has recently tested the rap genre - although she tells Billboard that's not what she's about:
"A lot of people wanted to try to make me the white Nicki Minaj. That's not what I'm trying to do. I love 'hood' music, but my talent is as a singer."
