At 5.00 am ET Monday, Markit is scheduled to release Eurozone PMI data. The composite PMI is seen at 53.1 in March versus 53.3 in February.
Before the data, the euro showed mixed trading against other major currencies. While the euro held steady against the franc, it pared gains against the rest of major currencies.
The euro was worth 1.3802 against the greenback, 141.57 against the yen, 1.2199 against the franc and 0.8367 against the pound as of 4:55 am ET.
