The U.K. manufacturing PMI for March is set for release at 4:30 am ET Tuesday. Before the data, the pound showed mixed trading against other major currencies. While the pound climbed against the yen, it held steady against the euro, franc and the greenback.
The pound was quoted at 1.6668 against the greenback, 172.27 against the yen, 0.8273 against the euro and 1.4722 against the franc at 4:25 am ET.
