Mobileye N.V. (MBLY) announced that it launched the roadshow for its initial public offering. The offering is for 27.75 million ordinary shares. The company is offering 8.325 million ordinary shares and the selling shareholders are offering 19.425 million ordinary shares. The company currently expects IPO price to be between $17.00 and $19.00 per share.
Mobileye has been approved to list its ordinary shares on the NYSE, under the symbol, MBLY.
