Wirecard AG (WRCDF.PK) Wednesday reported a rise in its second-quarter profit to 23.7 million euros or 0.19 euros per share from 19.0 million euros or 0.17 euros per share last year.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization or EBITDA climbed 33.4 percent to 39.9 million euros from 29.9 million euros a year ago.
Quarterly revenues improved by 23.9 percent to 142.6 million euros from 115.1 million euros in the year-ago period.
In addition, the company raised its annual EBITDA outlook to a range of 163 million euros - 175 million euros from the previous forecast of 160 million euros - 175 million euros.
