Regenersis Appoints Frank Blin As Non-Executive Director - Quick Facts

Regenersis Plc (RGS.L), an outsourcing partner to technology brands, has named Frank Blin CBE to the board as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, effective immediately. Frank has been named Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

Frank enjoyed a long career with PwC, becoming Head of UK Regions and a UK Management Board member before his retirement in 2012. He was awarded a CBE for his services to the Scottish financial sector in 2002 and was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Business Administration by the University of Strathclyde in 2010. Frank is also a designated member of FRB Associates LLP.

Consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble Co. on Wednesday reported a 28 percent increase in profit for the second quarter from last year, when results were impacted by a charge related to the U.S. tax reform. Both revenue and core earnings per share for the quarter beat analysts' estimates. Looking ahead, the company affirmed its outlook for fiscal 2019 earnings.
