Regenersis Appoints Frank Blin As Non-Executive Director - Quick Facts

Regenersis Plc (RGS.L), an outsourcing partner to technology brands, has named Frank Blin CBE to the board as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, effective immediately. Frank has been named Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

Frank enjoyed a long career with PwC, becoming Head of UK Regions and a UK Management Board member before his retirement in 2012. He was awarded a CBE for his services to the Scottish financial sector in 2002 and was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Business Administration by the University of Strathclyde in 2010. Frank is also a designated member of FRB Associates LLP.

Activist investor Rudolf Bohli is reportedly targeting Switzerland's second largest bank Credit Suisse. Bloomberg reported that Bohli has 0.2 percent stake in Credit Suisse that comes around 100 million francs or around $102 million. Australia's flag carrier Qantas Airways Ltd. on Tuesday took delivery of its first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, noting that the game-changing aircraft will open up new routes and new levels of comfort for travelers. The new aircraft will enable Qantas to operate Australia's first regular non-stop flights to Europe. Flight 666 for HEL departed just after the 13th hour on Friday, October 13, for one last time. Nevertheless, the FinnAir A320 flight from Copenhagen, Denmark, did land safely at HEL - the International Air Transport Association code for Helsinki in Finland - an hour and a half later in partly sunny weather. Friday the 13th is considered an unlucky day in Western superstition.
