Germany's manufacturing turnover recovered in December, preliminary figures from Destatis showed Monday.
Manufacturing turnover rebounded by a seasonally and working-day-adjusted 0.6 percent month-on-month in December after the revised 0.2 percent drop in November.
Domestic turnover grew 1.4 percent monthly in December. Meanwhile, foreign sales decreased by 0.1 percent.
On an annual basis, real turnover in manufacturing rose a working-day-adjusted 1.4 percent in December.
In 2014, manufacturing turnover advanced 2.5 percent compared to the same period last year. Domestic turnover climbed 1.1 percent and foreign turnover rose 3.9 percent.
