Media and entertainment company Discovery Communications, Inc. (DISCA, DISCB,DISCK) disclosed in a regulatory filing that its Chief Executive Officer David Zaslav received a 2014 total compensation of $156.08 million, while his base salary remained unchanged in 2014, 2013 as well as 2012.
Zaslav received a total compensation of $156.08 million, including base salary, stock grants and incentives in 2014, compared to the $33.35 million he received in 2013, and $49.93 million he got in 2012.
The total compensation received by Zaslav in 2014 includes $3.00 million as base salary, $94.56 million as stock grants, option awards of $50.50 million, non-equityIncentive plan compensation of $6.08 million, and all other compensation of $1.94 million.
